Return notification
How do I exchange or return a product?
You can do so easily and quickly via our return portal.
You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt. To initiate a return, please fill out the return form at the following link: https://homezie.returnless.com/nl with the reason for the return. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. If you choose a coupon refund, the return is free. You will receive a coupon code in your email, which you can redeem on our website. If you wish to receive a refund via the original payment method, you, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.
After receiving your return, it may take up to 10 business days for us to inspect your item(s). After we confirm that all returned items are in good condition, please allow up to 5 business days from the date we confirm your refund. If you have not received your refund after we have confirmed that it has been processed and successfully refunded, please contact your financial institution.
We do not refund items that have been used or damaged through normal use or abuse.
What are the exchange and return options?
You may be eligible for an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, products must meet our return policy:
- The product must be in its original condition and unused.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all attached accessories and manuals.
- Register your order as a return at https://homezie.returnless.com/nl and choose the option "Exchange for another product. You will then receive a coupon to place the order again.

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Can I cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel a placed order as long as it has not been shipped. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at info@homezie.co to request a cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, you can follow the return procedure once you receive the product.
Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can assess and resolve the problem.
Product faults or defects after use (including warranty period)
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or defects occur after use, our warranty period may apply. Please contact our customer service team at info@homezie.co to make a warranty claim. We will review the claim and provide you with further instructions for repair, replacement or refund, depending on the specific case.
Delivery of wrong products
If you have accidentally received the wrong product, please contact our customer service team at info@homezie.co. We will ensure that the correct product is shipped to you as soon as possible and will cover any return costs for the wrong product.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or comments about your specific item.
Happily, we cannot accept returns for clearance items or gift cards.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds.
We will notify you as soon as we receive and verify your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, your money will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and process the refund.
