How do I exchange or return a product?
You can easily and quickly do this via our return portal**.
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, fill out the return form via the following link: [https://homezie.returnless.com/nl](https://homezie.returnless.com/nl) with the reason for the return. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
Return Shipping Costs
If you choose a refund in the form of a coupon, the return is free. You will receive a discount code via email, which you can redeem on our website. Additionally, you will receive a shipping label from us through the return portal, allowing you to return the original order at no cost. If you want the money refunded via the original payment method, you, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.
After receiving your return, it may take up to 10 business days for us to inspect your item(s). Once we have confirmed that all returned items are in good condition, please allow up to 5 business days from the date we confirm your refund. If you have not received your refund after we have confirmed it has been processed and successfully refunded, please contact your financial institution.
We do not refund items that are used or damaged due to normal use or misuse.
What are the options for exchanging and returning?
You may be eligible for an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, products must meet our return conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition and unused.
- The product must be returned in the original packaging, including all attached accessories and manuals.
- Register your order as a return via [https://homezie.returnless.com/nl](https://homezie.returnless.com/nl) and choose the 'Coupon (To exchange for another size/item)' option. You will then receive a coupon (discount code) via email to place the order again. You can then return your original order at no cost with the return label.
Can I cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel an order placed, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Contact our customer service as soon as possible via info@homezie.nl to request a cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, you can follow the return procedure once you receive the product.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Manufacturing Defects or Defects After Use (Including Warranty Period)
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or if defects occur after use, our warranty period may apply. Contact our customer service via info@homezie.co to file a warranty claim. We will assess the claim and provide you with further instructions for repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the specific case.
Delivery of Incorrect Products
If you accidentally received the wrong product, please contact our customer service via info@homezie.co. We will ensure that the correct product is sent to you as soon as possible and will cover any return costs for the incorrect product.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@homezie.nl.
